SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS
Your family photos and stories may hold information about you.
Systemic constellation work
uses a systematic approach
to reveal information about hidden dynamics in relationships,
to restore balance,
&/or resolve issues or problems.

Developed by the German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger,
systemic constellation work was originally used on family systems.

Generational forces, unknowingly influencing the thoughts, behaviours and emotional experiences of family members, when revealed may point to changes in patterns that created imbalances and complicated problems in the system.

With respectful and careful investigation, honouring ancestors and events,
entanglements can be exposed and released, order and balance can be restored, and
clients can be provided with a new image of their family system
which can heal deep wounds.

Systemic constellations can also be used to gain a deeper understanding of, and resolve,
social, cultural, environmental, economic, political and spiritual issues.

They can help us shift our perceptions, create new insights, uncover hidden obstacles,
help with the selection of options and the making of effective decisions
that allow us to move forward.

With a better understanding of relationships, of the natural laws that govern human systems,
and of the interconnectedness of all life on earth,
we can learn to be more respectful of diversity,
be more caring, kind and inclusive.

In associations, committees, departments, institutions, organisations, workplace and sporting teams,
systemic constellations can be used for conflict resolution,
to better understand leadership issues,
to meet challenges,
to resolve management concerns,
to improve relationships between various stakeholders,
to expose obstacles,
to highlight needed resources,
and to point to existing and unknown options or solutions.
